Introduction to EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) in Higher Education is designed for today’s landscape, covering new and updated laws and regulations into everyday practice. This includes the supreme court judgement interpretation of the Equality Act, the OfS free-speech duties in England, the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan and Scotland’s duties around hate crimes. The handbook that accompanies the course includes questions for deeper reflection and engagement. This course contains 2 units.
