This course offers a self-paced learning experience, combining videos of real-life stories and interactive exercises. It includes a Reflective Journal, allowing users to learn, question their ingrained beliefs, and plan actions to improve racial equality. Additionally, it can help you consider how you can address race inequality within your role.

Unit 1 covers: Race, racism and equality in Higher Education; Different forms of Racism; and Whiteness, privilege and advantage.

Unit 2 covers: Inclusion and Belonging; Toolkit for Building Belonging; and Next Steps.
Each unit is designed to take a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour to complete, though some users may choose to spend additional time exploring the material more thoroughly.
