Our site https://digital-learn.advance-he.org/ is operated by Advance HE ("We").  We are a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales under company number 4931031 and We have our registered office at Innovation Way, York Science Park, Heslington, York YO10 5BR.  We are also a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number: 1101607) and in Scotland (charity number: SC043946). 

  1. Access to our site 

  1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the correct technology to access our site and any of the Services you may purchase from us. 

  1. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, We may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. 

  1. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and We are under no obligation to update such material.

  1. The prices are expressed on the platform to purchase the Digital Product and must be paid in the specified currency. The prices are, unless expressly stated otherwise, inclusive of any VAT. 

  1. You accept and agree that all sales are final, and that you shall pay Us for all purchased products. 

  1. Prices for the Digital Products and/or any other services offered through the platform may change at any time. We do not warrant or guarantee price protection in any shape or form, nor do we offer refunds for any change in pricing. 

  1. The prices expressed on the platform are not final. In the event of a pricing error on the platform, We reserve the right to reject your order and shall inform you of the incorrect pricing. You may then choose to purchase the Digital Product for the correct price or cancel your order. 

  1. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay. 

  1. Refunds and cancellations 

  1. All sales are final, and therefore completely non-refundable. 

  1. We reserve the right to (partially) refund you at Our sole discretion. This is fully within Our own discretion and in no circumstances shall We be held liable for non-refundable sales. 

  1. We may cancel an order made by you at any time, but at least in the event the Digital Product is no longer available, in the event a pricing error has occurred or in the event you have breached these terms of use or the terms and conditions for the sale of the Digital Product. 

  1. Intellectual Property 

  1. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. 

  1. You may print off one copy and may download extracts of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference, and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site. This includes for when you are purchasing any Services, however, you may not distribute any of Our materials. 

  1. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
